This house was built using the UTB Flows 1.14 resource pack, available for download here. The mansion is situated on my previously featured 'Santa Luisa' custom map, allowing for scenic views of wide ocean, mountains and forests. On the surrounding grounds, you have multiple sun bed and lounge areas, an Olympic sized+ infinity pool, basketball court, outdoor kitchen and eating area, guest carpark, private beach, and plenty of green spaces.
